4.1 Service Providers

5. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

5.1 What Are Cookies

6. Data Retention

6.1 Active Accounts

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Services. Account information, billing records, and usage data are retained throughout the duration of your subscription.

6.2 After Account Termination

Upon cancellation or termination of your account, we will retain your personal information for a period necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, and for legitimate business purposes. Hosting data (websites, databases, emails) is deleted after the fifteen (15) day grace period described in our Terms and Conditions.

6.3 Billing Records

We retain billing and transaction records for a minimum of seven (7) years as required by applicable tax and financial reporting laws.

6.4 Log Data

Server access logs and security logs are retained for a period of up to twelve (12) months, after which they are automatically purged or anonymized.

7. Data Security

We implement commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include:

  • Encryption of data in transit using TLS/SSL protocols;
  • Encryption of sensitive data at rest;
  • Firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and continuous server monitoring;
  • Access controls limiting employee access to personal data on a need-to-know basis;

  • Secure data center facilities with physical access controls.

Despite these measures, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, and you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks of providing information online. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

8.3 Deletion

You have the right to request deletion of your personal information, subject to certain exceptions (such as data we are required to retain for legal or compliance purposes). Account deletion requests can be submitted through your control panel or by contacting support.

8.4 Objection & Restriction

You have the right to object to or request restriction of certain processing activities, particularly processing based on legitimate interests or for direct marketing purposes.

8.5 Marketing Opt-Out

You may opt out of receiving promotional communications from us by clicking the "unsubscribe" link in any marketing email or by updating your communication preferences in your account settings. Please note that opting out of marketing communications will not affect transactional or service-related messages.

9. California Privacy Rights (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), provides you with additional rights regarding your personal information:

Our servers and operations are located in the United States.
